are you tired of having to react and react to all the interruptions that come at you everyday? is this what s defining your life random happenings instead of what you ve chosen to have happen? does it seem like you re always putting out fires and then the day is over and the one thing you really wanted to do, didn t happen?

a personal strategic plan looks out 3 years or so and is a vision, with an implementation plan, of how you want things to go. A personal strategic plan gives you a direction, a focus. And very often, when you take the time to be proactive and define what you want, then you accomplish what you ve set out in your plan. Usually sooner than you had thought

it can and will work for you. You just have to take the time to read through my workbook and do the fun exercises and you ll be on your way to creating the business of you, which is really your life, the way you want it to be.

Forward-looking companies choose to be proactive, rather than just react to whatever happens in the marketplace. And what happens when the people in the company all agree on where they want to go? doors open, sometimes unexpectedly. Their concerted focus and energy, all pulling in the same direction, enables them to accomplish their goals.

now, think about you, the business of you and your life. Do you usually find yourself being reactive to what happens instead of knowing what you really want to do and watching your plan unfold in a rewarding way? maybe it s time to give you and the business of you a much-needed pause so you can become a conscious designer of your life. Actually, you already are to some extent if you schedule your work week, write a grocery list, plan your vacation, and do your monthly budget. Did you know you can be proactive in the same way with your future? imagine what it will feel like to have a clear sense of what you want…read more detail
