the workout was:

1) sprints from kneeling or 40 yard dash start stance – 8 x 10 yards

2) safety bar box squats – 5 x 3-5 reps & 3+ reps @ 90% of final work weight

3a) 1 arm db row – 4 x 6-8 each arm
